Our products are made especially for you, so unwanted items cannot be returned or refunded
We offer full refunds or replacements for any items that got lost or damaged during transit
We offer refunds or replacements for incorrect orders
Claims for damaged or incorrect orders must be submitted via email within 14 days of delivery
Damaged or incorrect items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Packaging and shipping receipts (delivery & return) must accompany any claim for faulty orders
Return delivery cost will be reimbursed if/when the claim is honoured
