    • Free shipping within UK: production time plus 1 to 7 business days
    • Free shipping worldwide for orders above $195: production time plus 4 to 22 business days
    • Flat rate shipping for rolled prints & wallpaper samples: $9.95 worldwide
    • Flat rate shipping on all other products: $29.95 worldwide
    • Unfortunately, we can not ship to the countries listed here for various reasons
    • Fastest (standard) & most reliable carrier option is pre-selected
    • All shipping services are tracked with signature required at delivery destination
    • Shipping confirmation and tracking number/s will be sent as soon as your items are on the move

    • All our products are made to order, especially for you
    • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment receipt

    Returns & Refunds

    • Our products are made especially for you, so unwanted items cannot be returned or refunded
    • We offer full refunds or replacements for any items that got lost or damaged during transit
    • We offer refunds or replacements for incorrect orders
    • Claims for damaged or incorrect orders must be submitted via email within 14 days of delivery
    • Damaged or incorrect items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
    • Packaging and shipping receipts (delivery & return) must accompany any claim for faulty orders
    • Return delivery cost will be reimbursed if/when the claim is honoured
